Zainab is a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience across public and private healthcare settings in Singapore and Australia. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin and a postgraduate Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) at the University of South Australia in 2023.

Zainab has worked at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, managing a broad caseload including musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries. Her role involved leading return-to-sport exercises classes and working within an advanced mode of care to triage and manage acute musculoskeletal injuries in the emergency department, in collaboration with emergency and orthopaedic teams.

In Australia, Zainab worked in a sports clinic, treating community patients and competitive rugby athletes. She has also delivered reformer Pilates classes for neck and back conditions and provided women’s health services, primarily ultrasound treatment for mastitis.​​
​
Passionate about education, Zainab has mentored physiotherapy students and organised professional workshops, earning the Outstanding Clinical Education Award from the Singapore Physiotherapy Association.
​
Her clinical interests include post-operative rehabilitation, sports injury management and chronic pain. She integrates manual therapy, dry needling and exercise-based rehabilitation including Pilates to help patients attain their goals.
Outside work, Zainab enjoys running, Pilates and playing tennis.
